BCC

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for the Togolese flagged vessels:

    • Copy of the blue card addressed to:

      • Togo Maritime Administration
      • C/O International Registrations Bureau
      • Zalka Main Road, Municipality Bldg., 5th Floor
      • Beirut, Lebanon
    • Copy of the Vessel’s P&I Cover (Certificate of Insurance)

     

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for vessels that are not registered under Togo:

  • Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.
  • Copy of the registry certificate.
  • Copy of the blue card addressed to Togo Flag Administration as per below details:
    • Togo Maritime Administration,
    • C/O International Registrations Bureau,
    • Zalka Main Road, Municipality Bldg., 5th Floor,
    • Beirut, Lebanon
  • Copy of the vessel’s P&I cover (certificate of insurance).

CLC

In order to proceed with the issuance of the CLC, the applicant should submit to our administration the BLUE CARD (1992), addressed to Togo Flag Administration as follows:

  • To: Togo Maritime Administration
  • C/O International Registrations Bureau
  • Zalka Main Road, Municipality Bldg., 5th Floor
  • Beirut - Lebanon


 

Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks

To apply for a wreck removal certificate (WRC) from the International Ship Registry of Togo, you typically need to submit the following documents:

  1. Copy of the Registry Certificate
  2. Copy of the P&I Policy: This should show coverage for wreck removal, often provided by a Protection and Indemnity (P&I) club.
  3. Blue Card: Issued by the insurance company, confirming that the vessel has the necessary insurance coverage for wreck removal.
